This may include your name, phone number, email address, home address, household size, basic information about your home, and information needed to check eligibility (such as proof of Medi-Cal enrollment, public assistance, or income documents).

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your questions, check your eligibility, schedule and complete your in-home assessment and services, and keep in touch with you about your request. We do not sell your personal information.

Information you enter in the "Check if you qualify" form is used to contact you about the program. We do not sell it or share it with third parties for their marketing; it is shared only as described under "Sharing of mobile information" below.

Phone calls and text messages (SMS)

By giving us your phone number and asking us to contact you, you agree that IH Services may call or text you about your request, your eligibility, appointment scheduling and reminders, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of receiving services.

• To stop texts: Reply STOP to any message. We'll confirm, and you will receive no further texts unless you opt in again.

Sharing of mobile information

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text messaging opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example our phone or messaging provider), with organizations involved in verifying eligibility for and providing the services you request, or when the law requires it.

How we protect your information

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by calling or emailing us. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

Eligibility and services

Eligibility is not guaranteed. All services depend on meeting the eligibility requirements and on an in-home assessment. The specific work offered, if any, depends on your home's needs and eligibility. Information on this site is general and may change.

No cost to eligible households

No cost to eligible households. Income and other requirements apply. For households that qualify, approved weatherization work is provided without charge. IH Services will not ask qualifying households to pay for the approved services.

Communications

By contacting us and giving us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your request, as described in the Privacy Policy above. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help.

Accuracy

We try to keep this website accurate and current, but it is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, IH Services is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages from your use of this website.
