IH Services provides weatherization for eligible single-family homes. Every home is different, so the work for your home is decided by an in-home assessment. Depending on your home's needs and eligibility, services may include the items below.

Door and window sealing
Small gaps and cracks around door frames and windows can add up. Caulking and sealing these areas may help keep your home more comfortable.
Insulation (where applicable)
If the assessment shows your home could benefit and qualifies, insulation may be included. Not every home will need or qualify for insulation.
Other home improvements
Other improvements may be included, depending on what the assessment finds and what your home qualifies for. We will explain what is recommended for your home before any work begins.
